We have proudly represented hospitals, adult care facilities, colleges, public schools, chambers of commerce and various other charities. Our attorneys engage their communities through membership on non-profit boards, speaking events, and participation in various bar associations. We know the legal issues facing not-for-profits and the generous people who sit on their boards of directors, and we have the experience to capably advise in these matters.
